Jharkhand: In Jharkhand, allegations of gang rape and beating of her boyfriend were reported. The incident took place 180 km away from the capital Ranchi. The 26-year-old young woman is a software engineer by profession. The police formed a Special Investigation Team or SIT (SIT) in this incident on Saturday.
According to the police, the incident happened last Thursday. The young woman was riding a bike with her boyfriend. At that time a group of 10 people allegedly blocked their way. After beating the lover severely, they behaved demonically with the young woman. After that, the accused ran away leaving the girl at the spot. While leaving, the young woman and her boyfriend took their wallets, mobile phones.
Allegedly, somehow the young woman reached his house. After informing the family, they went to the police station. West Singhbhum Superintendent of Police Ashutosh Shekhar said that the physical examination of the accused was done at Sadar Hospital. After that, the seat was formed on the instructions of Mufassil police station and local SDPO. 12 people have already been detained for questioning.

Jharkhand Mukti Morcha spokesperson Mohan Karmakar said, “The state government takes swift action whenever such an incident occurs. It will be no different in this case as well.” At the same time, he claimed that the BJP is saying such things out of fear of the popularity of the Soren government. Police have started investigating the incident. SIT is also investigating.
