Bangla Hunt Desk: No one could have imagined that the incident that was going to be so serious after the administration ordered the evacuation of government land, and finally it happened! A large amount of wood was recovered while evacuating a godown in Karnjora area of Raigunj, North Dinajpur. The accused in this incident is Bela Basak Debnath, wife of Trinamool Congress leader Anil Debnath.
Recently, government land in Raiganj's Karnjora area was ordered to be vacated, but later the administration intervened by not demolishing a godown there. The names of Trinamool leader Anil Debnath and his wife Bela Basak Debnath came to light in this incident. In this case, when the administration immediately broke down the godown in the case of land recovery, everyone's eyes became a tree.
In this case, the incident of recovering a large amount of wood has spread everywhere. As claimed by the forest department, timber worth lakhs of rupees has been recovered from the said area. In this case, the forest department complained that no valid documents were shown by the wife of the Trinamool leader.
On the other hand, Bela Basak Debnath said, "The wood was purchased legally." On the other hand, the Trinamool leader did not make any special comments in this regard.
Bela Basak also said, “The tree was purchased from a local person. There is no issue of illegality in this case. In this case, however, it is reported that the woods have been seized by the forest department in trucks.
