Hindu  side will go to Supreme Court against the order of Varanasi Court

Varanasi/Uttar Pradesh:- Today the Varanasi Court's big decision on the Gyanvapi case came, in which it was ordered that the carbon dating of the alleged shavings will not be done, after which the Hindu side has now spoken of going to the Supreme Court against this decision. The Hindu side is not satisfied with the verdict of the Varanasi Court in this matter.

What did the Hindu side say?

On the dismissal of the petition for carbon dating and scientific investigation of Shivling by the Varanasi court, the Hindu side's lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain said that we will go to the Supreme Court against this order. The court has said that the place is sealed by the Supreme Court, so we cannot pass any order in it. The court has also said that any kind of survey in the Vazukhana will be a violation of the order of the Supreme Court. The Hindu side said that many of our applications related to this are before the court. The next date has been given as October 17, and on this day the court will decide how the hearing of the case will go ahead.

What did the Muslim side say

Raees Ahmed Ansari, the lawyer for the Muslim side on this whole matter, said that we had referred to the Supreme Court's order in the court during the hearing. If we are given a chance, we will prove that there is a fountain, not a Shivling. Advocate Rais Ahmed said that carbon dating of the stone is not possible as the stone is not an organic material.
