Assam State Level Recruitment Commission has declared the direct recruitment result for Grade 4 posts today on 18th October. Results will be available on sebaonline.org website after declaration. On Monday, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma himself announced the results through a tweet. Assam Board of Secondary Education will announce the result.
It may be noted that earlier in May, Himanta had announced that the written examination for 26 thousand posts would be held soon. 13 thousand 300 in grade 3 and 13 thousand 341 in grade 4 will be directly recruited through this examination. Among them, the examination for recruitment of Grade 4 staff was held on 28 August.

Earlier announcing the direct recruitment, Himanta said, "We want honest officers in our department, not 'Jeb Katras' (corrupt). Those who have worked hard to get a job will know the value of their work. I want them to be sympathetic and hardworking.'
