Patna: A 12-year-old minor was hacked to death in Bihar's Bhojpur (Bihar) district. The grandfather of a school girl has been accused of murdering the minor. A piece of paper fell in front of the schoolgirl's bench during the school's six-monthly examination. The schoolgirl was mistaken for a love letter. The injured body of the dead student was recovered by the police from in front of the railway line on Monday. It is known that 9 people have been arrested for their involvement in this murder.


According to the police, Daya Kumar, who died in this incident, was a resident of Udantanagar police station area. He and his sister attended the same school. On October 13, during the six-monthly examination, the school student of the sixth class threw the paper to help Didi.

But by mistake it fell in front of the bench of another girl in the school and that girl mistook the piece of paper for a love letter and told her brothers about the incident.”


Police said that after learning about the incident, the grandfathers of the schoolgirl came to the school and beat up the minor severely and abducted him from there. After 4 days of this incident, his body part was recovered from the railway line. 4 of those arrested are minors and have been sent to juvenile homes. The court ordered the jail custody of the adults.
