Peyton gave birth to a son just two days after finding out about the pregnancy. As unbelievable as it may sound, it is true.
Peyton Stover, 23, teaches at a university in Omaha. In the first year of his career, he started experiencing multiple symptoms in his body, including fatigue. He thought he was getting sick due to excessive stress at work. He was always tired. And that's normal, Peyton assumed.
However, after that he also started noticing various physical changes. Peyton Stover's leg was swelling. After that, he rushed to seek medical advice. And there was a surprise waiting for him. The doctor told her that she was going to give birth to a baby. More experiments were done to be sure. During the ultrasound, the doctor looked directly at the screen and told Peyton, "You're definitely pregnant."
While the news of the pregnancy brought great joy to Peyton and Tavis, it also raised concerns about Peyton's physical condition. Peyton's kidneys and liver reportedly stopped working properly. The doctors said that he should be admitted to the hospital immediately. A 23-year-old American woman gave birth to a son. Doctors performed emergency surgery to save mother and child.
But, how did this happen? Doctors said Peyton Stover had 'preeclampsia'. Preeclampsia is a serious pregnancy-related complication. For which, high blood pressure problems and other organ damage are likely to develop. However, due to the efforts of the doctors, the baby boy was taken out of Peyton's womb by surgery 10 weeks before the normal time. As a result, both Peyton and his son, Kash, are out of danger. The baby weighed less than 2 kg at birth.
Peyton said finding out about the pregnancy and the days that followed were "extremely scary." Peyton and Tavis both said that they wanted to have children one day. But, they had no plans to have children so soon. They are thrilled that the time has come sooner than expected.
